  • Pledge of Loyalty

First, Establish The Nation

Such is the uncertainty caused by events still fresh in recent memory (such as 'The Troubles', Brexit, and now the Emigration Crisis), that the people are unsteady, and it is obviously necessary for ALL Irish people, both North and South, to re-commit themselves to the future of Ireland.

Therefore, measures should be put in hand to organise and carry out a national effort to allow all residents of the island of Ireland to pledge their affiliation and loyalty to Ireland Undivided

On present performance, there is no certainty that the administration in the Republic (2023/24) is devoted to Ireland, her culture and her indigenous people.

This initiative will have the effect of focusing minds on a future Border poll and will clarify for waverers where their sentiment lies (It is better to have a public recognition of this rather than to pretend it doesn’t exist).

This Pledge of Loyalty should be carried out by a non-governmental organisation (such as Ireland’s Future) with the appropriate infrastructure and finance, as this will allow the machinery of The Pledge to visit every corner of the island prior to a border poll.
